By accessing the digital atelier of Ilé Ajé Olá, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all sacred transactions and interactions within our platform.
2. Intellectual Property
The “Ilé Ajé Olá” name, logo, and all original content—including product descriptions for sacred tools like the Yangi Stone—are the exclusive property of this house. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our editorial or visual assets is strictly prohibited.
3. Sacred Tools & Product Accuracy
- We strive for absolute precision in displaying the colors and textures of our offerings.
- However, as many of our tools are natural or artisanal, minor variations are a testament to their authentic spiritual nature.
- Prices and availability are subject to change as the market for rare sacred materials fluctuates.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ilé Ajé Olá provides sacred tools for spiritual and traditional use. While we stand by the craftsmanship of our products, they are sold for their traditional significance and are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
5. Orisa Companion App — Digital Subscription
5.1 Subscription Service The Orisa Companion App is a digital subscription service provided by Ilé Ajé Ọlá. By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to premium digital content including the Ewé archive, Òrìṣà encyclopedia, Oríkì and prayer library, divination learning tools, spiritual calendar, personal journal, and Yorùbá glossary.
5.2 Free Trial New subscribers are eligible for one 7-day free trial per account. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $8.99 per month unless cancelled before the trial period expires.
5.3 Billing and Cancellation Subscriptions are billed monthly at $8.99. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at ileajeola@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the app until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5.4 Refunds for Digital Subscriptions All sales of digital subscription products are final after the 7-day free trial period has ended. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us at ileajeola@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
5.5 App Access Access to the Orisa Companion App is granted on a per-account basis and is non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted. Ilé Ajé Ọlá reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these terms.
5.6 Content Disclaimer The Orisa Companion App is designed as a digital reference and study companion for students and practitioners of Ifá and Òrìṣà traditions. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The app is not a substitute for guidance from qualified elders, priests, or lineage instructors. Ilé Ajé Ọlá is not responsible for any spiritual, religious, or personal decisions made based on content within the app.
5.7 Changes to the Service Ilé Ajé Ọlá reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Orisa Companion App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of any significant changes.
